Kauai
I'm just back from a week's family vacation on the island of Kauai, my first visit to the Hawaiian islands. I enjoyed escaping rainy Portland for the week with hikes, helicopter and boat rides, and plenty of beach time spent snorkeling, swimming, and boogie boarding. Already I miss the soft air, roosters outside the door, and the closeness of family.Click on thumbnail to view larger image

Great photos Dave, you're the first in the family to get them on the web. Mom is working on her computer right now, and is not far behind.
It was a great vacation.
