Swimming at Buckman Pool
Meredith and I filmed each other at Buckman Pool yesterday to help improve our stroke technique. Problem is I'm not sure what to look for, any comments from the peanut gallery? I used my camera's underwater capabilities which was pretty cool.

In the few articles I've read on swimming, it seems like stroke count is important. I counted 17 strokes per lap for you. Maybe try to get that down to 15? Really reach and enter the water with your pinkies -- that comes to mind from swim lessons a zillion years ago. See you next week... at swimming. :)

Wow, I am not able to criticize the swimming technique, but I admire the camera work.
